Practical Information
Place of the meeting and accomodation: Casa La Salle, Rome.
Most of the participants will be accomodated in Casa La Salle (www.casalasalle.com). Those who pay the reduced fee will be accomodated in a bungalow parc nearby. Please note that there are no single rooms left.
Dates: Arrival: November 11, before 18:00.
Departure: November 17, around 14:00.
Languages: There will be international participants. However, the majority of participants will be from German speaking countries. All panels will be translated into English. Please ask the organizers if you have questions about particular workshops. It may be possible to organize English translation.
Fees: the fee includes half-board, accomodation and the participation in the meeting. Inscription is possible until September 15, according to free spaces. Please note that your inscription is valid only after paying the registration fee of 100 €.

Conditions in case of cancellation
Until september 15, we pay back 50 % of the registration fee.
Until october 15, we pay back 50 % of the participation fee.
After this, we can pay back only 25 % of the participation fee.
